Password Reset Instructions
Follow these steps to reset your password for county healthcare systems.
Self-Service Password Reset
- Go to the login page of the system you need access to
- Click on "Forgot Password" or "Reset Password" link
- Enter your username or email address
- Check your email for a password reset link
- Follow the link and create a new password
Password Requirements
All passwords must:
- Be at least 8 characters long
- Include at least one uppercase letter
- Include at least one number
- Include at least one special character (!, @, #, $, etc.)
- Not be the same as your previous 5 passwords
If Self-Service Reset Doesn't Work
- Contact your facility's IT focal person
- If unavailable, call the county IT support desk at 020-XXX-XXXX
- Be prepared to verify your identity
